Choose your field
and tell us about yourself.

We welcome conversations with engineers from Junior+ to Senior. Choose a field and tell us about your commercial experience, decisions and the work you want to take on.

What we look for

We consider Junior+, Middle and Senior specialists. Each field requires at least six months of relevant commercial experience. Courses and personal projects can add to it.

Experience using AI tools in commercial work is a plus, with results checked through tests and review and confidentiality respected.

Our current focus

Our first priorities are system and business analysis, databases, BI and C# test automation. We are also considering the fields below.

Business and systems analysis

  • System / Business Analyst

An analyst follows requirements from the customer's first brief through to acceptance. The work centres on process models, data structures and the contracts between systems.

    BPMN / UML / ER · SQL · REST / SOAP

Data and analytics

  • DBA / Database Developer

Databases need attention during routine operation and after an incident. This field covers Oracle or PostgreSQL administration, access controls, recovery and performance.

    Oracle / PostgreSQL · SQL · Linux / monitoring

  • Data / BI Analyst

A dashboard needs checked data and a clear calculation behind each metric. Analysts use SQL and BI tools to investigate changes and explain the findings to decision-makers.

    SQL · Python / Pandas · Power BI / self-hosted BI

  • Data Engineer

Data pipelines need to handle retries, failures and source changes. Data engineers build pipelines and marts, check completeness and investigate discrepancies.

    SQL / DWH · Python / Scala / Java · ETL / ELT

Software quality

  • C# Test Automation Engineer

Automated tests should help a team investigate defects and understand its coverage. Engineers in this field develop C# frameworks for web and API tests and run them in CI/CD.

    C# · API / SQL · CI/CD / test frameworks

  • Java Test Automation Engineer

Integration testing goes beyond an HTTP response to data, messages and dependent services. Java test automation covers web and API checks, mocks and test reporting.

    Java / JUnit / TestNG · Selenium / Selenide / RestAssured · CI/CD / SQL

  • Performance Test Engineer

A load test helps reveal where a system stops coping. The engineer defines the load profile, collects metrics and traces delays to the application, database or network.

    JMeter / Locust / k6 · Java / Python · Grafana / Prometheus

  • Python Test Automation Engineer

Python test automation involves API contracts, test data and service dependencies. Engineers maintain pytest frameworks, test integrations and connect tests to CI/CD.

    Python / pytest · httpx / requests · SQL / CI/CD

Backend development

  • Python Developer

A Python backend connects user requests, data and external services. The work includes APIs, integrations, automated tests and diagnosing running applications.

    Python 3 · FastAPI / Django / Flask · PostgreSQL / pytest

  • Java Developer

The Java field covers backend services and data exchange between systems. The role uses Java 17 and Spring Boot 3+; Kotlin with Ktor is also a priority.

    Java 17 / Spring Boot 3+ · Kotlin / Ktor · PostgreSQL / Kafka

Enterprise systems

  • Bitrix24 Developer

Bitrix24 development connects CRM processes with other systems. Developers build applications and integration services, configure smart processes and support implementation.

    Bitrix24 REST API · Smart processes / OAuth · PHP / Node.js

  • 1C Developer

1C development connects application code with accounting and operational processes. The work covers configuration changes, system integrations and data validation after migration.

    1C:Enterprise 8.x · 1C:ERP / 1C:Accounting · REST / SOAP / Data Conversion 2/3

Application security

  • Application Security Engineer

An AppSec engineer investigates how vulnerabilities arise and how to fix them in a product. The work includes application audits, threat modelling and security checks during development.

OWASP · SAST / DAST · Secure SDLC

Backend development

  • .NET Developer

.NET services often sit between APIs, databases and message queues. Developers design these interactions, cover them with tests and investigate failures.

    .NET / SOLID · REST / gRPC · Entity Framework / SQL

  • Go Developer

Go work centres on backend services and their behaviour under load. Developers work with concurrency, service communication and profiling.

    Go / goroutines · REST / gRPC · SQL / observability

  • Node.js Developer

Node.js developers build APIs and connect backends to data and external services. The work calls for asynchronous programming, API contracts and testing integration behaviour.

    Node.js / TypeScript · SQL / NoSQL · Unit / integration tests

ML and AI

  • ML / Computer Vision Engineer

Computer vision requires work on both models and image data. Engineers prepare datasets, develop detection and segmentation models and optimise inference for the deployment environment.

    Python / OpenCV · PyTorch / TensorFlow · ONNX / TensorRT

  • ML / Recommender Systems Engineer

A recommender service starts with candidate retrieval and continues through to evaluating what the user sees. The work covers ranking, features, experiments and quality monitoring.

    Python / PyTorch · SQL / Spark · Retrieval / ranking / A/B

  • ML / Data Science Engineer

Classic ML work starts with a business metric and the data needed to predict it. Engineers create features, validate models and track quality after release.

    Python / SQL · scikit-learn / boosting · MLflow / DVC

  • ML / NLP and LLM Engineer

Language model work involves both answer quality and the resources needed to produce it. Engineers build RAG pipelines, adapt models and integrate them into applications through APIs.

Hugging Face · RAG / vector databases · LoRA / vLLM

Web and mobile development

  • Frontend Developer

Frontend developers work on the interface people use every day. The work includes components, forms, API integration, responsive layouts and checking behaviour in the browser.

    TypeScript / JavaScript · React / Vue / Angular · HTML / CSS / automated tests

  • Android Developer

Android development covers screens, on-device data and API connections. The field calls for Kotlin, asynchronous programming and support after release.

    Kotlin / Android SDK · Coroutines / Flow · Compose / MVVM

  • Swift Developer: iOS or Backend

The Swift field has two tracks: iOS and server-side development. Specialist experience in one track is sufficient; the profile covers shared requirements and each track's tools.

    Swift / async-await · UIKit / SwiftUI or Vapor / Hummingbird · Testing / CI/CD
