The work
- Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
- Model processes, data and interactions between systems.
- Write specifications and agree solutions with the customer and development team.
- Support implementation and take part in acceptance.
Role-specific skills
- An understanding of software development processes.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and non-functional requirements.
- BPMN, UML sequence and ER modelling; REST analysis with Postman; synchronous and asynchronous integrations, XSD and SOAP.
- Knowledge of practices for operating software securely.
- SQL, including joins, unions and complex queries.
- Clear communication and initiative when solving problems.
- Mentoring experience.
Commercial experience
We consider Junior+, Middle and Senior specialists. Each field requires at least six months of relevant commercial experience. Courses and personal projects can add to it.
Courses and personal projects do not replace commercial experience.
Experience using AI tools in commercial work is a plus, with results checked through tests and review and confidentiality respected.
