The work
- Develop Swift products in your chosen track.
- Design solutions and write tests and technical documentation.
- Take part in estimation, code review and architecture discussions.
- Diagnose issues and improve product reliability.
Role-specific skills
- Confident use of Swift and modern language features.
- Understanding of async/await, concurrency, memory management and secure development.
- Experience with design, automated tests, Git and CI/CD.
- Practical expertise in at least one track: iOS development or server-side Swift.
Alternative tracks
Experience in at least one track is sufficient.
iOS
- iOS SDK with UIKit and/or SwiftUI.
- REST API integration, local storage and the application lifecycle.
- MVVM, Clean Architecture or similar approaches.
- Unit and UI testing with XCTest/XCUITest and App Store release experience.
Server-side Swift
- Vapor, Hummingbird or a similar server-side Swift framework.
- REST API design, PostgreSQL and message queues.
- Docker, Kubernetes, observability and production operations.
- Understanding of idempotency, retries, dead-letter queues, security and fault tolerance.
Commercial experience
We consider Junior+, Middle and Senior specialists. Each field requires at least six months of relevant commercial experience. Courses and personal projects can add to it.
Courses and personal projects do not replace commercial experience.
Experience using AI tools in commercial work is a plus, with results checked through tests and review and confidentiality respected.
