1C Developer

1C development connects application code with accounting and operational processes. The work covers configuration changes, system integrations and data validation after migration.

The work

  • Develop and extend solutions on 1C:Enterprise 8.x.
  • Design and implement integrations between 1C configurations and external systems.
  • Migrate and synchronise data and check its quality.
  • Estimate tasks, test changes, document and support solutions.

Role-specific skills

  • Experience developing on 1C:Enterprise 8.x and extending standard and custom configurations.
  • Understanding of 1C solution architecture, code optimisation and performance.
  • Knowledge of 1C:ERP and 1C:Accounting, with experience in 1C:Holding Management and/or 1C:Document Management.
  • Practical integration experience between 1C applications and external systems.
  • Knowledge of HTTP, REST, SOAP, web services and Data Conversion 2/3.
  • Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integrations and multi-stage data exchanges.
  • Experience with queues, 1C UTP and custom configurations.
  • Experience with data migration and synchronisation, including balances and historical data.
  • Understanding of accounting, tax and trading processes, including procurement, sales and inventory.
  • Experience with payments, contracts, approvals and document workflows.
  • Ability to read and write technical requirements and specifications.
  • Experience estimating work and discussing solutions with analysts, architects and customers.
  • Git, debugging, error handling and testing experience.

Commercial experience

We consider Junior+, Middle and Senior specialists. Each field requires at least six months of relevant commercial experience. Courses and personal projects can add to it.

Courses and personal projects do not replace commercial experience.

Experience using AI tools in commercial work is a plus, with results checked through tests and review and confidentiality respected.
